I am looking for someone to assist me with releasing items I inherited from my parents who both died in 2016 and other items in the home as well. I'm creating space for new, lively energy in my mind, life, and living space. Releasing is a spiritual and psychological process for me. In return, I can offer the same service to others as well as mindfulness coaching, EMDR and Brainspotting for nervous system regulation, mental and emotional fitness coaching. I have 35 years experience working on myself and helping youth and adults transform themselves and their environments in order to live with inner peace, and happiness and confidence to deal with anything that life throws at them.
