I improve revenue and experience using a personal playbook with methods that have sky-rocketed performance across single-owner and organizational settings. I create contracts for the complex, finding the lever that accellerates an unstoppable forward momentum. My background includes serving as an executive for a national retailer, a franchise manager for the world’s largest global retailer, contract manager for a prominent law firm, government liaison and consultant to commercial developers and franchises across the U.S. My specialty areas are contracts (both negotiating and writing - no legal needed), executive coaching, crisis management/turn-arounds, business partnership navigation. While I do not practice law formally - I have mastered the art of negotiating, derisking, AND writing contracts later adopted as standard. I’ve been lucky to work alongside some truly outstanding business owners as well as finance, asset, and operating officers. Many simply need to vent and this is where I put order to ideas, finishing thoughts without risking reputation or status. I've earned the trust of leaders that resulted in side-dish roles in IT project management, public accounting, and acquisitions. All of this experience I embraced to better understand how systems and people work together. Today, I love partnering with business owners, helping shape the movements for leadership and individual contributors in a way that ultimately functions through unspoken communication. Through in-depth knowledge of how systems and business suffers or thrives, When purpose is instilled in a way that syncs with realistic economics and hurdles, the machine comes to life. I broker all the key components that each leader and contributor are on the verge of bridging. At the heart of it all, I believe skills are meant to be shared. I have bartered my experience to transform people through these areas—offering insight, structure, and problem‑solving in ways that change trajectory entirely.
