I have been fortunate to bartend on the global scale placing in Jamison’s bartenders ball and herraudra horseshoe margarita competition to name a few achievements. I excel at functional craft cocktails that drive margin and are easily executed. Batching, kegged cocktials, frozen, and grab and go cocktails are all programs I have implemented in the past. I have also done home wine and spirit tasting and educations don’t get me started on tequila and rum!!
